Kevin Huang

Kevin Huang is a Tax Partner in the Shenzhen practice of PwC.  He has over 17 years of practical tax experience in China. 

Kevin has served various clients in different industries, including financial institution, real property development, modern services, manufacturing, etc.  He has in-depth understanding and significant experiences in solution on the investment structure and enhancement of the operation model, M&A, capital market operations as well as indirect tax optimising from a tax perspective.

Kevin has been actively involved in the tax efficiency enhancement for various client groups and possess rich experiences in applying for tax preferential treatments.  He has successfully assisted his clients in obtaining tax incentives in a wide range, e.g. High and New Technology Enterprises, tax refund of huge amount, Special Tax Treatment for cross-border restructuring, etc.

Kevin speaks in various public seminars and events for High-tech and R&D services and indirect tax.  He has close relationship with various tax and government authorities in Southern China.  

Kevin obtained his Bachelor degree from the Sun Yat-Sen University and possess the Certified Tax Agent certificate.
