Catherine Tsang

Catherine is a Tax Partner in China tax and business advisory division based in Shenzhen.  With wide knowledge of the tax and foreign investment regulations, Catherine has been providing a full range of tax and business advisory services to our multinational clients in their inbound investment strategies into China.
  
Catherine has extensive experience in advising foreign investors on market entry strategy, investment structures, business models, tax structuring and planning, repatriation of profits, foreign exchange compliance as well as tax concession and exemption applications with major focuses on real estate, logistics, transportation, freight forwarding and high-tech services sectors.  She also has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions projects, including tax due diligence review, assistance with transactions negotiation, review of agreements from a PRC tax perspective.
